- Comply with all company safety policies, procedures and safe work practices, and adhere to high housekeeping standards.
- Assist the Predictive Maintenance Engineer in identifying, setting up, and monitoring predictive/preventive maintenance and quality control programs.
- Provide data gathering and preliminary analysis of information required to support a successful predictive maintenance and quality control program to include vibration analysis, lube oil analysis, temperature profiles, metal thickness, non-destructive examination, ultrasound scans, pressure testing and visual inspections.
- Maintain technical competence and keep abreast of new predictive/preventive maintenance and quality control techniques as they apply to existing programs.
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years hard craft experience required.
- NCCER, Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certifications or equivalent preferred.
