9K a year Position Summary The Administrative Assistant is to provide general support to the Maintenance and Reliability Department Leadership team.
Essential Job Functions Supports general administrative and clerical tasks for the Maintenance and Reliability Department Supervises office supplies management Organizes meetings in conference rooms and departmental calendar Records meeting actions and progress tracking Constructs and maintains all departmental MS Office PowerPoint presentations Tracks and generates purchase requisitions in SAP Oversees contractors' timesheets Facilitates document control support Preserves Training records and certifications Monitors Travel and Expense reports by LOTTE Chemical policies and procedures Collaborates closely with the management team to develop and provide accurate maintenance and reliability budget projections Works with the Site Accountant and the management team to provide standardized maintenance SAP Costs and weekly/monthly Metrics (KPIs) Reports Assists in the planning and scheduling process, supporting maintenance planners with assembling and organizing planned work packages Provides Process Safety Management 14 Elements (PSM) program support, aiding the team in collecting, compiling, and analyzing data and information Abides by all safety procedures and practices applicable to location and position; participates in appropriate safety training; demonstrates commitment to and support of EHSS principles and values; champions safety at all times; participates in and/or leads safety teams or projects as appropriate.
Performs other duties assigned by management that generally fall within the expected scope of this position.

Experience & KSA's Required Prefer 5
years of similar experience in supporting maintenance and reliability department Prefer experience working in a petrochemical/refining environment Detail-oriented; self-motivated; prioritized; exceptional organizational skills Demonstrated ability to keep information highly confidential Effective communication skills and good technical writing skills SAP Experience High level of attention to detail; accurate typing skills required Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through on assignments The ability to interface with all levels of the organization, external stakeholders Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through on assignments Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; ability to use database systems and other programs and applications used by this position and at Company Fluent in English language including reading, writing, and speaking; ability to read and write at a minimum of high school level; ability to communicate to all levels in the organization Education Requirement AA degree in Business (preferred) or related field or equivalent work experience Professional Administrative Assistant Certification helpful High school diploma or GED required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
