Job Description:

Corman Switching Company is seeking an Assistant Track Inspector.
This individual will assist in the inspection of track and properly maintain/upkeep all records in compliance with FRA mandates.
Job Duties:
Assist in the daily, weekly, and monthly inspection of track.
Identify areas requiring repair or maintenance.
Build and maintain effective customer relationships.
Complete/maintain all required documentation per FRA mandate.
Schedule inspections for track utilizing industries.
Promote a safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
Prefer a background in construction; railroad experience a plus Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Mathematical and writing skills A valid commercial drivers license is a plus
